HEAVY STEEL STRUCTURE PAINTING LINE

This equipment is a spray painting production line specially developed for the spray painting of large and complex steel components. This equipment adopts a negative pressure through type spray booth, which can effectively treat paint mist and harmful gases with only 30000 air flow, reducing the environmental protection cost of the enterprise. The assembly line spray painting effectively improves work efficiency. Reduced equipment footprint, good painting workshop environment, low labor, low intensity, equipped with a drying system, no need to air dry after painting is completed, and can be shipped after unloading.

WELDING BOOM ARM

This is a specialized product developed for gas shielded welding machines, which integrates welding machine management, welding smoke and dust removal, safety production, and 5S management. Multiple welding stations combined with a central filter cartridge dust collector can achieve a centralized collection and treatment system for welding fumes. This system has the advantages of small size and high efficiency, making it the preferred choice for purifying particulate matter and low concentration emissions.
