The intelligent spray painting line is a fully automatic spraying product developed for large steel components such as steel structures. How does it achieve fully automatic spray painting for various types of steel structures? Let's take a look!

First, put the steel structure components on the conveyor chain, and then the components will be sent to the spray painting room with the conveyor mechanism. During this process, the components will first pass through the intelligent scanning mechanism to scan the three-dimensional structure of the components to prepare for spray painting. Then the components will enter the negative pressure spray painting room. According to the results of the previous scan, they will be automatically programmed to switch the upper and lower groups of twelve gun heads for three-dimensional spray painting. The components that have been sprayed with paint will enter the drying room for drying, and then be transported to the unloading area for direct unloading, stacking or loading (if a second coat of paint is required, the components can be hoisted back for a second coat of spray painting, or an additional set of spray painting rooms and drying rooms can be selected). During the spray painting and drying process, paint mist and VOCs will be collected under negative pressure, and after being treated by the filter cartridge dust collector and VOCs treatment facilities, they will be discharged in compliance with the standards!
