Yeed Tech Secures New Contract for Intelligent Steel Structure Painting Line in Malaysia

Yeed Tech is pleased to announce that we have won a new contract to supply an intelligent steel structure painting line for our valued customer in Malaysia. This project marks another important milestone for Yeed Tech in expanding our Southeast Asian market footprint.

To match the customer’s high requirements on finished appearance and corrosion protection, our engineering team refined the whole spraying production process for this project. We also completed customized color formulation and spraying solutions according to the client’s specified color demand.

The full automatic painting line adopts intelligent spraying manipulators, which can replace the workload of around 20 manual painters. Equipped with a hot-air drying system, it achieves surface drying within 25 minutes. The line ensures consistent, smooth coating thickness, reduces paint waste and meets strict VOC emission standards. The optimized production process delivers finer paint finish, fewer surface defects and stable coating performance, perfectly fitting Malaysia’s local tropical climate.

Our technical team will keep close communication with the Malaysian customer during manufacturing, factory testing, shipment, on-site installation and commissioning. We will provide full after-sales technical support to guarantee smooth operation after handover.
