55-Ton Column Side-Shift Container Elevator: Precision & Safety for Heavy-Duty Loading Operations

The column side-shift container elevator is purpose-built heavy-duty equipment for standard shipping containers, with a 55-ton rated load capacity and 165cm lifting stroke. It is designed for heavy container lifting, ground-level loading and precise positioning tasks, solving common pain points of misalignment and unstable operation in heavy-load scenarios.

It adopts a composite drive system consisting of a hydraulic drag mechanism, vertical lifting cylinders and horizontal side-shift cylinders, supporting two-stage horizontal alignment. It provides 50mm precise fine adjustment for small deviations; for larger position errors, the full support base can shift 100mm as a whole, with 50mm reciprocating fine tuning available within that range, to flexibly adapt to on-site alignment differences.

The equipment secures containers through dual locking of top and bottom corner castings, driven directly by hydraulic cylinders for direct and efficient power transmission. With strong self-adaptive positioning and excellent anti-eccentric load performance, it maintains outstanding safety and stability even under continuous heavy-load working conditions.
